  COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ! - Doing ANYTHING with their computer system takes 3 to 5 days what I could have done in 10 minutes, if I had been able to "walk in" and do it myself that day ! WALK IN anywhere BUT DONT expect "speedy results" with their computer system ! Sad, really sad for the world we live in nowadays.

  Jenn, the Teller, is wonderful. I have also been to this location twice for the notary services (I really wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who did my notary both times, as he was also wonderful). Every time I come in everyone is so nice and personable!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo branch. Two employees, Ada and Heather, acted unprofessionally and seemed to cover for each other’s mistakes instead of helping customers. Their attitude and lack of accountability made the whole visit stressful and frustrating. It’s sad to see a respected bank being run so poorly by staff who treat the place like their own and show no care for customers. I hope management looks into what’s happening at this branch.

  Ongoing Unprofessional Conduct and Poor Service at Local Branch Dear Wells Fargo Management, . I’d like to bring to your attention ongoing issues at your local branch involving the branch manager, Richard, and two tellers, Heather and Ada. Richard, the manager, frequently smokes outside and smells strongly of cigarettes when interacting with customers, which is extremely unprofessional. What makes the situation worse is that he continues to cover up for tellers who consistently provide poor service. Heather, who has worked there for many years, and Ada, another teller, have repeatedly given customers  a hard time, , some of them really  always been a loyal and active customer.  The branch went downhill in in spite of all the remodeling that they did do it. This never been that awful Customerservice till under this current management , these tellers often delay or ignore customers doing other things talking about personal things  at the drive-through  others, make customer  feel not welcome  dragged out transaction  legitimate matter get worse under  Richard MGR for the branch , he  done nothing positive since he became manager  the situation. Get worse   Wells Fargo, suffer a lot of damage because of the way I hope this issue will be properly investigated and corrected.

  Very poor service at this branch. Heather (drive-through teller) and Ada (inside teller) are unprofessional and seem to target certain customers. The manager, Richard, covers up their behavior instead of fixing the problem. This location needs new management and better customer service. As it is a great location and a very upscale area of Lakeland. Hope to see you soon.
