- OROmar ReyesAug 4, 20251.0I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Wells Fargo branch. One of the representatives who was black woman, was unprofessional and rude. She ignored my greeting and seemed disinterested in helping me. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was disappointing. I hope the bank takes steps to improve its customer service standards on training this specific representative, her attitude was horrible and the angry look in her face gave the impression that she hates her job so much she has to take it out on customers… she has to go

I had to wait 3 hours to open a business account. But Jorge took care of me and pushed his lunch back to get it done. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited this long. This is the only branch in the location or I’d never come here. Worst service ever !!!!! Hate this bank
