- DCDiamond CortesNov 26, 20251.0This must be the slowest bank I have been to, every time I pull up to the drive-through I’m waiting there at least 10 minutes before someone attends to me another 10 minutes for my transaction to be picked up then another 10 minutes to be given my transaction. The next time I need banking, I go into the branch and what do you know in the branch is even worse than drive-through. You’re standing there for a good 20 to 30 minutes.

They have you run in circles saying they need paperwork that they do not need. Even the customer care department gave us info that the branch would help us and the branch would not provide the aid that was mentioned. This bank made sure to over charge on mortgage and then when they are write a check for the amount overcharged they refuse to cash it.
