- BBBerniceNov 14, 20251.0I called in to Truist bank excited to inquire about a financial advisor I spoke with in regards to a very large funded check, I spoke with Charlie where he laughed at my faux pas for accidentally calling the wrong bank and when I told Charlie that his customer service needed work, he hung up the phone before I could finish my sentence. Such poor behavior speaks volumes, I'll take my money elsewhere thank you Charles, but no Thank you.
