Nov 17,2025 - I haven’t been in a bank in awhile, but after today’s experience, it is clear why. The teller was so unprofessional, I wish I had gotten her name… I went through the drive thru to cash a check, (the check writer) is a truist customer. They said it would be $8.00 to cash it. I said no, I’ll just go to my bank. Then they said the check was not a good check. So if I give them the $8.00 they will cash it, otherwise not. Sure seems awful fishy to me. I said are you going to let the client know that his checks have a wrong account number on them. They said not their problem. Wow just wow, what have happened to banks and customer service? This place definitely doesn’t have it together!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced with one particular teller. She has on more then one occasion talked about myself to another associate as if I can’t hear what she is saying.told another associate that I had an attitude with her and she didn’t want to help me (which I didn’t but I sighed when I saw she is the one to process my deposits because she always gives me a hassle) and another time I need to do a change order which I am established client that banks weekly with them and she would do it because it was expired which I understand but when she asked another teller he told her it’s okay to do it if it’s established client and she still refused. Will never bank here personally and the only reason I come is because of my employer.
