    Wouldn't let me open an account. Said I owed them money for literally a BlockBuster video game around 2005. I have 2 other bank accounts and cashapp. I'm good.

    Do not trust this bank to pay out if you leave someone to collect your money if you pass away. They tried to keep my deceased fathers money from me and it was in my name with death certificate in hand.

    It takes forever going to this bank. If I had a choice in the matter I definitely would NOT come to this bank or recommend this bank unless you are retired and can wait all day to get help. I have to come for work and im always here for like an hour at least! Its crazy! I have a million other things I could be doing.

    This location is trash they never have anyone working one simple thing takes 30 minutes literally rather drive to another city then have to deal with these people

    Never get a car loan with this bank! I got a loan from the dealership and this bank popped up with the lowest interest. Financed with them but never banked with them. They are predatory if you don’t understand financing. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they gave me a representative and they have not responded and it’s been almost a month! The question is simple too. Why can’t I see my loan online and how to access my account online, answer I got was I have to be a bank member with them. I bank with USAA and Navy. They said well then you can’t access it since you’re going through your bank. Statements don’t show anything, paid extra and it went to interest instead of principal. Was told you have to be a member to access that feature. Very very predatory for ppl who don’t u destined finance. Still waiting on a response from there customer service team and I have a feeling I won’t hear from them. Watch out banking with them!!!
