    If i can give zero I WILL had my husband close his account horrible bank horrible employees.... they hold YOUR MONEY give you ALL KIND OF EXCUSES Cause and create issues you never had.... DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS WITH THIS BANK

    Do not go here to make any changes to your accounts. We worked with an employee in his office. It took over an hour to cancel one checking account and open another due to possible hacking in our online app. Now we realize it took so long because he did not know what he was doing. We now have two checking accounts and we are getting overdraft fees and Our debit cards withdrawal from both accounts with no rhyme or reason. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch.

    Transition to Truist costs the company money. New signs, maketing materials etc. They are definitely passing that cost onto account holders in the form of exorbitant fees and charges.
