    App wont work on my new phone, I have to access the app my from my old phone so I cannot gift or donate my old phone

    Long waits and no one even acknowledges you. One man just sat in his office working on computer and didn’t even try to help anyone. Line had 4 people in it and only one teller.Update: after We did get help I found out the guy in office was a trainee so he wasn’t able to help. Then another teller came in from lunch. The person who did help was wonderful.

    Had to give one star in order to leave his review. Shiesta...may be spelled wrong...is the rudest person that they could have answering the phone at this location. Been a customer for over 20 years at this location, and for 5 years with my small business. It's impossible to be able to speak to the manager, as "SHIESTA" ALWAYS SAY'S SHE'S UNAVAILABLE, and then accuses you of yelling at her when you ask why the manager is never available. This bank should really look into hiring people that know how to speak to their customers and at least "act" like they care. I will be transferring banks both personally and with my business as soon as this virus mess is over with!!
