I was told by the banker the manager needs to retire and the bank is cheap and not up to times.They deny transactions when the funds are available and refuse to cover fees due to their errors. I would give zero stars if possible

I went back today and tried to cash a check and was told since this branch only had 2 employees and they were not cashing checks. Truist is a sad example of a banking institution. They lost business the past several days. as account holders go elsewhere.
