    I spoke to Rebekah, blonde, yellow-tinted glasses, pink keyboard. When I first arrived to the building it looked closed. Im aware they say they’re open 24/7 and they do have a sign that says so, however, they also have another sign in the main door thats says Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. It was past 6 o’clock so I decided to call just to confirm. The phone was answered by Rebekah, I asked if they were open, and as rude as it can sound she said: “Well, Im in here.” I went in there with my husband and my aunt. As we walked in I said “Good afternoon” (because thats how I was raised) and she just looked up. My aunt and I sat down in the two chairs and my husband sat in the chair right behind us. After I explained that we wanted to bail my friend out she started asking questions to which we answered. My aunt doesn’t speak English but she understands it, well, Rebekah got upset because she “can’t conversate with a person who does not speaks English” Rebekah was disrespectful throughout our entire interaction. My husband ended up co-signing because I did not have my ID on me. The following day, my friend had to come back to sign paperwork. Tell me why Rebekah asked my friend if I was married to which I found really weird. Rebekah, hun, Im not sure what you were trying to get here but we are not interested. Draw your own conclusions.

    I was riding around for 2 hours in Bartow coming from Winterhaven at 12:30 AM trying to find somebody that could help me get my boyfriend out of jail. Nobody would do it & everybody wanted collateral. So around 1AM , I found Tommy's bail bond on Google, & there was nothing hesitant about him sending someone to the office to help me at that time in the morning. The man he sent (Glen I believe) was more than happy to help, very polite, patient, & understanding. I would refer anyone here in time of need. Thank you guys.
