  I recently had an appointment scheduled at 11AM and I am extremely disappointed with the wait time. I arrived on time, as instructed, but I ended up waiting over 1 hour past my scheduled time. The lack of communication regarding the delay made the experience even more frustrating. I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but there was no attempt to inform me of the wait time or offer any explanation. A little courtesy goes a long way, and it’s disheartening when it feels like your time isn’t valued.

  Do not trust Wells Fargo with any serious bank transaction. They completely mis handled a $250,000 wire transfer for my family. They were more focused on understanding why we were transferring money away from their Bank versus ensuring this critical transaction was successful. I had an appointment and they had me wait almost 30 minutes. The transfer was initiated at approximately 1:00 p.m. and I was told everything was good and successful. I received a call from the manager of this location at 5:00 p.m. informing me that the bank transfer had failed and that I needed to return the next day. The manager did not give any valid reason for the failure or need to return. when I launched a formal complaint, the initial feedback was that I was not an account owner. I was an account owner and I asked how could they have started a $250,000 transfer if I was not. I pushed for months to get an accurate reason why I still do not believe I have that at this point.

  My visit to Wells Fargo today left much to be desired. Despite only five people ahead of me, I endured a 49-minute wait. At the drive-thru window, two employees were present, while three were stationed in cubicles. While one employee attended to a customer, the others appeared to be engaged in casual conversation and laughter. When I mentioned the excessive wait time, one of the cubicle workers even chuckled, adding to my frustration. It's baffling how this branch could be considered the worst in the area. I'd willingly extend my journey by 15 minutes to avoid revisiting this location. Given the lack of improvement evident from past reviews, I urge others to steer clear of this branch or consider moving their accounts to the neighboring Chase bank.

  Bank sucks.. doesn't have more than $3,000 in cash to give.. what kind of bank doesn't have more than $3,000.. huge hassle.. if you need $5,000 you have to call it in.. Chase is a much better bank.. member coming here again.. rude manager Brittany guess
