Ninety percent of the time, I find that I can accomplish my banking needs through accessing the ATM. However, there is the rare occassion when I find it neccesary to speak with a bank teller or service representative. Each time,I have found that I have always been received warmly, with a genuine smile and a sincere, "Hello! How may I help you today?" No notes; I rate this branch a 10/10 on customer service! ☺️

Upon arrival, I noticed that staff were not particularly welcoming—there was no greeting or introduction, just a straightforward approach to business. While I appreciate efficiency, a small gesture of hospitality would have made a more positive impression. My main concern arose when I inquired about the $325 checking account bonus advertised. The staff member immediately asked whether I had a code or a mailed/email offer. I explained that I had a printed offer from the ATM, but she declined this and quickly insisted on a code. There was no offer to assist me in locating this information, even though there were no other customers waiting. I was eventually able to retrieve the code online, but I am puzzled as to why staff do not inform customers of this convenient option from the start. Additionally, I initially tried to open an account online, but was redirected to visit a branch. However, upon arriving at a couple of locations I found that appointments are required—a detail that was not communicated clearly on your website. This lack of information caused unnecessary inconvenience. Finally, during the account opening process, I was asked for my ID and Social Security Number, which I provided. The branch manager then questioned me about my out-of-state ID, implying that it may be an obstacle. I was left confused and uncomfortable by this interaction. Is holding an out-of-state ID a barrier to opening an account at your bank? Based on this experience, I am disappointed by the lack of communication, transparency, and customer service demonstrated by your staff. I strongly recommend reviewing your training protocols if customer care is a true priority for your organization. Thank you for your attention to these concerns.
