The interaction was handled in a very unprofessional and uncomfortable manner. Despite providing the Teller name Patricia , her identification and a recent bank statement, she was questioned publicly about personal details including her address, account balance, and monthly income. These questions were asked loudly with other customers in the lobby able to hear. This felt like a serious breach of privacy and security. It is unacceptable for sensitive financial information to be discussed openly where others can listen. We expected respect and discretion , neither of which were demonstrated during this visit. You’re staff member name, Patricia need to get better training. Because of this experience, we no longer feel confident or safe banking here. We will be closing the account and moving our business elsewhere.We hope management will address this immediately so no other customer has to go through a similar situation. This is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.
