Very bad customer service, they leave you waiting for hours and no one even shows up to ask you what you need, terrible service.

I am here several times a week for both commercial and personal banking. Always greeted by name and taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. They are a bit understaffed, but that is being taken care of with several new employees being trained.

True. This bank is the worst i ever visited in my life.Customer service of the manager Benjamin is not good. I don't think he fits that position. Is not helpful , is inpatient, his attitude seems that he does not like to work. I felt he wanted to gets off work. I was not satisfied with his service. I will never come back to this location. In addition to that I am new customer with this bank. I will close the account. The worst service I received from a bank's manager.
