Friday May 2, 2025 at 2:26 pm: This Truist branch located at the corner of State Road 7 and Lake Worth Rd in Lake Worth Fl 33467 Is functioning without any on-site manager 9945 Lake Worth Rd, Lake Worth Corridor, FL 33467 I come to make a deposit at this ATM for a total of $2,300 ( two thousand three hundred dollars). The ATM machine was not able to process my deposit and returned to me $200 (2 bills of $100) and stated my money was stored but did not process the deposit. This is to pay my home mortgage at this time. There is absolutely no manager or supervisor to help. I have been told the manager is on vacation. Don’t come to this branch. It is useless

I haven't necessarily had an issue with my local Truist branch, but the "customer service" when calling their toll-free number is absolutely horrific. I was a longtime SunTrust customer and never had these problems. Unfortunately, after the merger, I got stuck with Truist, and the decline in service has been noticeable. Because of this, I will be moving my business account elsewhere. If reliable customer support matters to you, I’d think twice before banking with Truist.

When you walk in this bank, you feel people HAPPY to be working there. Opening or closing accounts, this Senior Relationship Banker 'Bhargavi "Jigi" Patel' remained extremely helpful and professional. Let's face it, no one likes losing business. Most banks give you a hard time about leaving them, TRUIST did the opposite. They understand this account was for a specific business transaction. For this reason alone, I will be back to open my next account with Ms. Patel and her Friday Purple Team!

Truist bank is the worst bank I ever dealt with. The branch I deal with never has enough help, their drive through is usually out of order and I find most of the people incompetent, maybe because there is always new people working there. Today I am calling about my bill, I have been transferred three times and have been on hold so far for 30 minutes. I am so sorry I ever stayed with this bank, and will withdraw the money from my various accounts as soon as I am able to. I have been a customer since 1997 when it was Bank Atlantic. So unhappy with their service. Dont really think they care.
