Let's start off with a large deposit to my small business account. Not my personal, my bsiness account. What does this crack team do. Flag it. I called Corporate to inform them the check was going in with contact information for the wrters bank from branch and Corporate. Customer Service is the one goal of banking. So they flag the check, hold for 6 days even tho the check cleared last Wednesday. Do I get a call from the branch Manager, No. She sends it to fraud. So now I am a criminal at my branch. This past weekend I break my arm. I am immobile for a week. Last night, Madame Bank Manager decides to freeze my account. And the only way to unlock it is to prove I am me. I call to the bank 8:30am speak to a rep.she puts me on hold. The Manager does not even get on the phone, tells the rep I have to come in. So now I have to defy my doctor because this poor hard working bank manager who I wouldn't hire to clean my house for sheer incompetence. I went, the whole staff should be fired outside of the tellers.pick up the phone and call me. drive the 1.2 miles to resolve what you caused. At 4pm no one has reached out to me and my account is still frozen. TD, fire her.
