I noticed like, 4 different customers who came in and out saying hi to different employees by name as if they were family. Steven came up to me while I was waiting to make sure he was pointing me into the right direction and let me know the things I would need to have ready by the time I spoke to someone, and was very professional. Then I get Alicia as my banker, and she is soooooo sweet and smart. Loved talking to her, and she gave me great advice. Thank you guys for running a great bank
