  Don’t try calling and expecting to get a representative because they’re going to make you throw your phone across the room. The automated system is designed to make you give up, so that says a lot about their “customer service”

  This was my first time walking into this bank at this location. I walked in bc I got a new phone, my card didn't transfer to my wallet, and I needed $100 cash. This branch shocked me. I walked in to get $100 out of my account. Rose Stueve immediately shut me down. She says " I can't find you " mind you I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years. I explained I still have-my maiden name, however i do have my ; passport , ID, and social security card. She said she could not pull up my information. I never had any issues and was needing $100 out of my account. The older woman next to her chimed in with a nasty attitude, saying there's nothing they could do. They gave me NO options. After taking 35 min of my time, I went to my car, I called customer service and immediately they added my debit card to my wallet which allowed me to withdraw money from their ATM. I went back in to tell them i was able to get the cash, a customer service representative from the bank helped me. The older woman next to Rose Stueve in a condescending voice says "that's good for you" so i replied "yes it is, whos your manager or is it you?" She says "no it's George and hes on the phone" George could hear what was going on and immediately he came out and walked me in his office. He was very kind and he did inform me of the bank's protocol which i do understand and he also showed compassion bc his team did not help me or give me any options. Sending me on my way to only have customer service help me with my virtual card was very LAZY. Those two older women clearly hate working for the bank. If they love their job then they simply had a personal problem with me. Moving forward i might go back in there, just to have them update my account. It's their job. I refuse to allow these older women make my life complicated, especially, if I'm in the area. I never leave reviews but I did feel like wasting my time to leave this one. So, others who may not be from the Lake Mary area think twice before walking into the bank and having to deal with these 2 older women, who don't care to provide good customer service. At least you now havea heads up. You will be judged and walk out feeling like you were in a "prank" episode. Absolutely disgusting! Thank you George. This has nothing to do with you. Its not your fault these older women are miserable.
