Todos los documentos los introduje en una app online pero la Lender Specialist nunca me hizo una llamada para corregir o rechazar alguno de estos. A las 3 semanas, despuĂ©s de haber pagado el escrow y avalĂșo de la casa, yo la llamo para saber el estatus de crĂ©dito y simplemente me dice que fue negado porque no tengo residencia americana sino TPS. PerdĂ la oportunidad de comprar la casa, pero gracias a Dios apliquĂ© con Bank of America y obtuve el crĂ©dito con ellos. No recomiendo este banco para estos trĂĄmites tan importantes.
