I had an issue with my bank account and the rental payment service for my apartment, and I was stressed about missing rent or getting a late charge. Kera, Natasha, Cynthia, and Joziaah at Truist jumped in right away, solved the problem immediately, and got me back on track. Their help and great service made a tough situation so much easier.

I'm a longtime SunTrust/Truist customer both personal and business. I had POA document notarized Sept 3 2025 Heathrow branch by a helpful representative. Another POA document required 2 notarized signatures. The 1st party had his notarized at Truist in Orlando with a helpful representative. Today 9/17/25 I took that same notarized document requiring my signature to be notarized to my local Heathrow Truist branch. I was refused. The representative informed me they do not notarized POA documents. After explaining the inconsistencies, I asked for a printed copy of their rules and procedures as it relates to notarized documents. She refused. I will take that document to another branch for notarization. Once completed I'll move my business over to BANK OF AMERICA where I enjoy a low interest credit card and great, consistent service.

Worst experience ever. Was late to work after they made me go back to my house to provide a secondary form of ID to make a withdraw. I went back and brought in a state issued card but they would still not accept the withdraw because they said they needed a passport or credit card. I had to go back to my house a third time to find what they requested. The entire time dealing with these issues, the staff was very cold, indifferent, and did not provide friendly service. I will be taking my business to the other Lake Mary branch. The service there is miles and above better!!
