- BDBrianna DaloNov 3, 20251.0This is the absolute worst branch that I have ever dealt with. I have banked with Wells Fargo for the last six years and in the last year nine out of 10 times that I visit this branch the ATM is not working. I don’t know what the issue could be and why they are not fixing it, but it is a huge inconvenience for customers like me who use the ATM on a daily basis. It seems to me like they just don’t give a damn. Customers who drive to the bank specifically to either deposit money or withdraw money from the ATM and to get there just to find out that it’s not working is extremely annoying. If I wanted to get out and go inside, I would go there to do that, but I don’t so they either need to fix it or take the ATM out completely.

They made my DEBIT invalux after me specificly telling the so called banker not to because of the super difficulty they would put me in. After telling me ok, 3wks later I could'nt pay my groceries and started get messages to pay my bills because the card number was invalid. On top of that, I DID NOT GET A REPLACEMENT CARD. With my broken foot, I went to the bank and all I got was, "Oh, we sorry". "Thats what the bank does"."We can give you a new debit card" I closed my savings account and I got a bill yesturday that I owe them $4.75 for not having money in a closed account. I would have closed my checking account, but that would mean having to travel to personnely sign all the changes to all the money that gets deposited to my accounts. But, I will withdraw all my money and only keep the exact amount to pay my bills. It was such a great bank.
