I gave it one star cuz I couldn't take stars from them ...... these are the slowest bank in the world, I mean to get a $100 in change. I sat here for 25 minutes. Are you serious now? Like you people can't just, you know, get a $100 and change. It's not that hard 50 ones $,50 and quarters.
And it's like this every time you come in the bank. The manager doesn't care the 2 gentlemen that are there. They just sit there and run their mouths all morning. I mean, this is pathetic and absurd

Hands down the laziest, most incompetent staff I've ever dealt with.

Absolute joke the lady that drives the red Camaro me and my employees pulled in 20 minutes before bank opening as we were passing by and needed to make a withdrawal as soon as we pulled in she jumped out with a very, very disgusting attitude, accusing us of loitering and just hanging out While they were trying to open the bank and immediately threatened to call the cops on us being as nasty as she could be while all we were doing was trying to wait in the very back of the parking lot for the bank to open and give them their space so that I could make a withdrawal out of my business account . Absolutely pathetic the way a bank employee fills the need to address somebody that was simply just wanting to withdraw money out of their own account.

I agree with a former comment. The manager Connie was rude and disrespectful to me.

I would rate them a zero if I could. They literally stole my money a few months ago. Truthful they are not. Wish they would not have bought out SunTrust. Worst bank in the area. They are thieves!
