I already have a business account with Wells Fargo that generates significant revenue for the bank, so I came here to open a second business account. The clerk, however, was dismissive and unhelpful. Even though I provided all the necessary business information, he refused to enter it all into the system and showed no interest in assisting me. I had no choice but to go to another branch, where the clerk immediately used the same information I provided. The contrast in service was night and day. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Wells Fargo as a whole. As a loyal business customer, I expected far better treatment than this.
