- CCC CJan 5, 20261.0Quite bad service. I upgraded my checking account because officer said I could enjoy better rates and benefits as long as I maintained a certain balance across all my accounts which I did. The bank then charged me a fee claiming that I didn't maintain my balance. When I phoned in, the customer service agent said, oh it's linked to the other joint owner of the account. Can you ask that person to unlink herself? Why should I do that when it is the bank's fault for making the mistake? I know it's the bank's mistake because I was there in person to upgrade the account and didn't do it myself through the bank app.

After an hour waiting they refused to cash my check and did not contact the maker to get it resolved. They made believe they were doing the necessary action to get the check cashed and to just refuse services. Go to a different company and branch. Wells Fargo Gizelle is not a knowledgeable human find another place to do business
