- MHMaria HernandezDec 11, 20251.0Wells Fargo is the worst bank I’ve dealt with. $35, just on overdraft fees. Called a Teller this Monday so she could help me, told me she’d stop overdraft fees and anything coming in. Logged into my bank for find Wells Fargo was taking out $105 JUST IN OVERDRAFT. Basically robbing you in a nice way. Called today and was on the phone for 40 mins for them to tell me, “we can’t do anything about it”. Explained the scenarios and still acted like the $105 fees were totally ok…. All the could “help” me with was a “complaint letter”….. Asked to speak to a supervisor or someone that could help me and was told the most they could do was file a “complaint” and wait 2 business days… While they are still changing overdraft fees.

I went in to deposit my commission checks and while the teller was verifying them, she called over a supervisor or backup. They were making small talk while looking over my checks, which were clearly addressed to me. In the middle of this process, the teller asked me if I worked — which felt unnecessary and inappropriate, especially during a transaction where she was supposed to be focused on verification. Now, my checks are on hold for 5 days, and I can’t even access part of the funds. I’ve never had this type of experience before, and I left feeling uncomfortable and frustrated!!! Won't be back!!! I'll take my business else where.
