The employee is incompetent. My card doesn't work and she didn't give me any solution. I don't recommend this place.

Do not go use the ATM it has a habit of rebooting during your transaction. And not giving you your money or your card. Tried to deposit 400$ late night the other night and it rebooted soon as I put the cash in it. I'm not the only one that has had this problem and the bank doesn't seem like it wants to fix it.

Recently I went to put a deposit in the ATM. In the middle of the transaction the ATM rebooted. Keeping my card and never deposit the over hundred dollars I put in. This happened on a Monday night. I go into the bank the next day. They were like we can fix it but no sorry. They acted like it was not a big deal. I was making that deposit because I was having some things debited in upcoming days. Their other response was that sometimes the ATM gets full and overloaded because there's a lot of people going to this bank and it causes issues. If they know about these issues why haven't they been taking care of. Seriously thinking of moving to a new bank.

My 70 y.o. father uses this branch. ONE woman runs the drive-thru and the counter at the same time, while people in the lobby wait four and five deep. Never has a manager on site. Never has a mortgage loan specialist on site. You evidently have to make a special appointment ahead of time, but you wouldn't know it... because they don't tell you these things until you go looking for someone. Oh, that person doesn't work at this location. It seems to be the red-headed step child of all their banks. Deposits don't show up for days after they've been made. Purchases take days to post, or even show up as pending, where as other banks show up in minutes. Do your homework. I'm working with my father to get him a new account at another bank where he will be much happier and have access to more branches without all the BS.
