Definitely my least favorite Truist bank location. Other Truists have always been a positive experience. However, at this one I was told that in order to withdraw a certain amount of cash, I had to wait for a branch manager, who was on lunch for 45 minutes. The teller (Francesca) also sighed and scolded me several times because I didn't want to pay for a cashier's check and was withdrawing cash which "is a hassle". She seemed annoyed that I wanted cash, and then I heard the wait 45 minutes line. I assume based on the reviews that after the wait I would probably be told by the manager that I just couldn't withdraw that today. Truist, do yourselves a favor and close this branch before they give a bad name to the entire brand. Or at the very least, completely overhaul the management and rework the branch culture. Until then, I'll stick with the branches that are better!

Hoy fui atendida por una empleada: Katherine Davila. Ella muy amablemente me ayudo, me explico y atendió muy profesional y amablemente. Para mi es un buen banco, si todos son como ella. El área es limpia y tranquila y la atención al cliente es rápida.

They never answer the phone or emails. Ever since the big merger from Suntrust and BBT, the customer service has gone down the drain.
