- CGCybil GaultDec 3, 20251.0Terrible location. We made an appointment for a notary (was even confirmed the day before what documents we would bring). Apparently they took a walk-in customer ahead of us and after waiting for some time they said it "would be a while" When we questioned how long that would be they said we could make an appointment and come back later (after we had rearranged our whole morning around this appointment) We told them we already HAD an appointment. She proceeded to speak across the room that the lady that she took as a walk in ahead of us would "let us" cut in. We walked out and spent the money to go to the UPS Store close by, they got us in quickly and were amazing. Very unprofessional, unorganized branch.
