Rather than addressing the issue constructively and making reasonable adjustments, Branch Manager Jennifer, who exhibits a displeasing attitude, chose a different course of action.

I never had to wait in line for longer than a few minutes. They have helped me set up multiple kinds of accounts and CDs. The bankers and tellers have looked out for my best interest at all turns. The staff here have always been kind, professional and honest. I have since moved out of the state and got another account for my local needs, but I have decided to keep some accounts open here because of the service they have provided my family.
