Terrible bank with even more terrible staff. They’ll boot your car even if the whole lot is empty. Stay away from this bank🤦‍♂️

I have/had accounts with Chase, Well Fargo, BofA and Truist.... Have personal with chase and love them! Had WF for a business account and they were less than average, BofA for my non-profit NO complaints, but Truist has been the worse experience yet and I point out the one in KB because their staff is rude and condescending. I maintain 3 accounts with them. A joint account for personal using and a new business account. Just horrible, the bankers are incompetent at best in KB and in Plantation. Worst decision I made!

That’s a bank that tolerates, encourages and profits from having your vehicle booted if you park in that parking lot. Don’t do business with them. I was a Suntrust customer before. Not anymore

New bank clerks are not properly trained in customer relations and wire transfer transactions.

The guard employees at this bank are horrible actors in this community. They abuse children verbally when they walk by or when they get dropped off by the school bus. They harass the parents who pick them up. They think that their central property should have no traffic in front of their premises other than bank customers and abuse verbally anyone who "violates" their space even if its just passing by. Recently a guard was shown giving a group of 12 year old children the finger. Another guard chased a woman off of their lot in golf cart. They have threatened and have booted cars in their parking lot. Instead of investing in gates at their entrance they have invested in a harassment campaign against our community. Plenty of other banks to choose from on our Island. Another woman's child (girl) was accosted by the guard even putting his hands on her much to her mother's horror. Stay away from SunTrust!
