- CCChrisOct 20, 20252.0The lady who helped me wasn't very friendly, didn't smile, and made me feel unwelcome. I asked to cash a check and told her I was not a Wells Fargo customer at the moment and she dismissed me because the check had a business name on it which I wasn't aware that my customer wrote my business name instead of my birth name. I understand this company policy which was I was fine with but I just felt she could have smiled and maybe asked if I wanted to open a business account There's an opportunity to make me feel more welcome unless like I had the plague or something. I said Thank you and I left. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

I don't care about your $300 bonus for opening a checking account. They finally get a SBA adviser from their bank on the phone and the guy doesn't even know the basic requirements. Next time, don't waste people's time. It annoyed me enough to now I'm wasting my time writing this review so others don't have to deal with it. To Liz from HL social.
