This is the second time I have been in this bank. The first time, I was charged a fee, and they cashed my wife's check she wrote me. Today, a month later, a check for the same amount they tell me they have to call my wife. My wife is at work, unable to answer a phone call. So what is the policy!!!!! The tellers tone was short from the moment I walked up to the counter. To many other banks, to do business with to have an employee not know the policy or select who they will impose a policy on.

Incompetent and rude! Short staffed, one teller behind the counter refusing to help people- with notepad and making cold calls soliciting people for 4% interest accounts! Unsuccessfully at that! LOL - waited 15 minutes for Linsey Castillini - and more incompetence- refused to reverse charges erroneously added to my acct. choose to offer closing my acct , and wait for fraudulent pending charge transactions to clear …. Cant make this up! Also- cant see a ledger of acct on either end (hers or mine) but that’s ok (in her opinion) ha! So - basically - theybare holding MY money! Refusing to do anything about fraudulent (pending) charges for over a week- and telling me to wait and see !

I have never been more disappointed in the common courtesy, customer service, or problem solving ability of a financial institution. I would strongly encourage small businesses to seek other means of money management because this business relationship has cost me more in lost time than I can count. The staff are unfamiliar with me as a client, listen poorly and have a general malaise in regarss to solving banking errors made by BB&T. I will be speaking with my rep at Velocity to see if they have an option to offer for small businesses that matches the customer service they provide for my personal account.
