At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
The ATM outside appears to be the only thing in the building that does its job.

Terrible customer service at this location, and the manager is rude and confrontational! I spent hours there and evidently they have no clue what they’re doing because nothing was accomplished!
If you need caring and efficient customer service, go to the Truist branch on A1A, they go over and beyond to care for the customer.

Went to deposit money in the ATM, which is supposed to go in my checking account to pay my car payment. The ATM took my money… And I was told I have to call a number they have to do an investigation… Meanwhile, I trusted these people with my hard earned money I am not only out the money, but now gonna be late on my car payment… Which is going to affect my credit and my payment history… So I get to be penalized for a faulty machine.? I’ve been a truest customer for years. I really feel like for people that Bank with Truist, and get their money taken from the ATM should be issued a temporary credit amount so that way they’re not out the money that the machine stole from them… And then do the investigation so that way people can not have their lives disrupted… This is not fair. This is not right I work hard for my money… Just to be told oh well… Wait the 7 to 10 days for an investigation and maybe it will get resolved… Just very disappointed that I have to go through all of these processes and being on hold for hours at a time just to get the money that was rightfully mine to begin with.
