Love TD as a whole but this branch definitely needs some house cleaning done. These reviews speak for themselves!!! DO BETTER like the Juno branch!

We received a settlement in his name and couldn’t get TD Bank in Jupiter to cash it. Felicia Gordon, a manager at TD Bank, told me that she “can’t keep opening and closing the account to cash checks” even though the bank wasn’t busy at all. I would have been willing to pay a fee for the service but it didn’t matter. Unfortunately, this was my dad’s only account so I have no way of cashing it. It was disappointing since my father-in-law was such a loyal customer and TD Bank, specifically Felicia, didn’t care.

Have had to back up out of the line before because I've been waiting for so long and the line doesnt move. TERRIBLE. Call teller button is either broken or they must be ignoring it.
