    The bank is holding up payments to me from Amazon and zelle . Forget about getting anyone to answer phones ive been calling from 8:30 to 10am no one answers phone. Whats going on with this branch??? The worst service ever. I lived in Port St Lucie West , NY and PA. Never had such poor service or lack there of Ultimately I will have to physically go there to try to get anything done. Im 77 year old veteran, not well enough to physically go there i will get a friend to drive me Disgraceful representative of TD Bank.

    I understand that people are in a rush and sometimes it does take a while. I was in last week and needed a few thousand cash and had an Uber waiting so I had to be rude because they had three tellers waiting on one customer and it didn’t seem to be getting resolved. So so I had to interrupt the branch manager and Lori immediately helped me so they work hard let’s give them a break. , thank you T D. Bank.

    This is my local neighborhood's TD Bank so I come here fairly often. The wait times can be long though their staff always stride to aid me with my business banking. I do wish that the bank would allow for annually transaction history online for business banking rather than just a few months. Otherwise they only allow PDF statements year round which are not ideal for sorting itemized lists when documenting business expenses.
