She’s mean rude. the worst banker in this branch she gave me an attitude soon as done with another customer which is an old lady that needs help . She mistreated her and when it’s my turn i told her am opening a business account , she looked through my documents and immediately she told me she can’t open a business account because this and that this and that . I walked out sat in my car and opened a business account through a mobile app
- KKkauphyOct 29, 20252.0Friday morning there were 7 people in line for Teller service that couldn't be handled on line. I waited 32 minutes to get cash because of the limit imposed by ATM and fact they won't allow you to print your own currency. There was one (1) Teller in service.

Unfortunately, on June 26th, my 17-year-old daughter experienced the same type of dismissive behavior at this same branch. She visited the drive-through to deposit her earnings—cash tips—into her account. Upon seeing the cash, Cheryl abruptly dismissed her and stated she had “other customers,” despite my daughter being there first. When Cheryl returned, she told her to “go to the ATM” with no further explanation or assistance. As a parent, I find this extremely disappointing. It is concerning that my teenager was sent to handle a jar full of cash at an ATM, which made her feel unsafe and unvalued. The lack of regard for her safety and customer experience is unacceptable, especially given this appears to be a repeated issue at this location. What is the purpose of having a drive-through if customers—especially young ones—are turned away for trying to make a standard cash deposit? This kind of attitude and behavior needs to be addressed immediately.
