I was greeted, told there was only one banker & they were expecting another customer who had an appointment. The time of their appointment was in the next 15mins from when I arrived. After being there for 45mins and no one showed up to their appointment, I decided to leave. It would’ve been considerate to go ahead and assist me once the other appointment was 15minutes late. After sitting watching how the staff operates, I reconsidered banking with the institution.

Waiting in drive-thru to get some money out of my account and watching the ladies laughing with each other, while cars are sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting some more.
