- DNDailyn NavarroAug 26, 20251.0This bank Wells Fargo is the worst ,do not open an account with them ,my husband and i where here on 08/20/2025 and the banker Yanna assist us for adding me on my husband account ,first she said that we have to proof that we both were us citizens ,then she said we have to wait 48 hour for the approval and then she will call us and that never happen ,we find out today that was approved since 08/21/2025 in another location ,for a banker i was hoping more professionalism ,resume ,they did not open my account and did not tell me the reasons, they made us feel bad and like criminals ,we will take our business with a decent bank and you should do the same !!!

People are still working, running businesses & conducting business & this huge bank closes at 4:00 pm? Somebody in accounting or some high up person must have told them they could save a little money if they close at 4:00. If they lose customers they deserve it for their lack of hours/service.
