    Cannot recommend this branch due to a few insensitive employees. No issues with Well Fargo, just this branch. To many other Wells Fargo branches available. Will not be back to this branch.

    Such a bad experience ever, i had to go to another branch, i have been their customer for a while but we got bad treat from a lady for open new account on phone. The only one she is care is not responsible for. She should be re train for customer service. We plan to move my money to chase

    The Experience was horrible. First she told me that the document that I need I can print it from home and I told her I know, but from the one that I get from home has a line in the account number and is for a Mortgage loan and I need it with the account number. Then she told me that she can give me the document but she has to cut part of the information. I ask for her supervisor and she told me that she had to cut this part and I ask again for the supervisor like 2 more times, then she told me to wait in the reception area and I don't know where she go. I just left the branch and went to another one and they gave me the document with out any hesitation. Thanks for nothing Bibi
