  We’re came to open small business checking account. I will take the time and say a special thanks to Charles Fields Brand Manager . He is a very kind person, friendly and very helpful. Even give cookies and toys for my kids . Everyone here it’s very nice and made everything easy. Great location. I think here is the right location for everyone do business with….

  Every time I come here, it’s a complete waste of my time. I called ahead for information, and when I got to the bank, they told me they couldn’t do what I asked. They said I shouldn’t have expected a clear answer over the phone without my account being pulled up, but instead of saying they couldn’t answer, they confidently told me, "Yes, we can do that!" The bank manager then gave me instructions on how to resolve my issue. I followed his directions exactly and returned to the bank. But when I spoke to another manager, she claimed I must have misunderstood, because what I was explaining wasn’t correct. She was unsure why the original manager had told me that, saying I hadn’t understood properly. Meanwhile, the original manager was right there, and no one bothered to check with him. Now, I’m left without my money, and it seems the tellers and managers here think I’m the one who can’t grasp simple information when really I’m not being told the entire truth all day long.

  When I walked in today a nice lady Michelle asked if I needed help. I was having trouble with Zella and also On my account I was blocked out and had to call them. Through the whole process Michelle was there to help me and it was a relief to have her there to help me. Thank you Michelle, I know I would have had problems it it was not for you.
