Went there for a simple task to request new check books, a week passed and im receiving them with wrong address. Again went back to the same branch, after 15 min wait the teller informed me nothing she can do and will have to wait for a banker. I have been with wells for years but this exact branch does not meet the expectations

It's like they try to bully you into opening up an account. They even tried scare tactics saying someone was just robbed in the parking lot so I shouldn't get cash. Bad business practices.

She definitely treated me like she didn’t want to be there and she pretended to be nice, but she was definitely nasty with some of her body language, and verbal gestures towards me. Her name is Cheryl by the way. My transaction took maybe 10 minutes.! Well, sorry lady! Dont work at a bank! Update, 8/1/22 Since my review, things have changed. I have done business with Cheryl a few times since posting my initial review. She has changed her way about handling customers ( particularly me) . She gets an A, her boss must’ve had a conversation with her because now, she is more friendlier. Im changing my 3 stars to 4.
