- LSLyndi SullivanOct 24, 20251.0Teller asked me out loud in the drive through how much I wanted to withdraw so he could “get it out of my bank account quicker.” Instead of waiting for me to send over my withdrawal slip. As a woman in a drive through with other customers within earshot this made me very uncomfortable. Hope this teller isn’t doing this with other customers for everyone to know how much you’re withdrawing from your bank account.
- JCJoe ClarkJul 11, 20245.0Today I had an appointment to renew a C D. When I arrived I told a teller who I was and who I had an appointment with. She was very courteous and went to inform my banker I was present. My banker came out and greeted me with a smile and lead me to her office. She explained all my options now that my C D had matured and answered my questions. I am satisfied with the choice I made. I was given a print out and the whole transaction only took around 10 to 15 minutes. I also use the drive through and am always treated with a courteous smile and asked if there is anything else they can do for me. I like banking at the Wells Fargo Ortega branch.
