- IMIsabella Murray-SavageAug 15, 20251.0This should have been a zero. I set up for money to be sent from my account to her account. The person at Wells Fargo put in the wrong account number. This is on Wells Fargo and the account was someone else’s. Why is it taking over 2 weeks to put the money in the right account. Unless the person who put in the wrong account number is stealing and the back is covering for them. I could have been a future customer but after this and still waiting for them to put the money in the right account. I would not open an account there. They are irresponsible and the person who made the mistake need to be fired because they didn’t follow protocol. If they would have checked the numbers three times. Unacceptable.

Stole My Money I have my own money counter which I count up all the time but I recently started noticing when she count my money literally everytime it comes up short. The first time I notice when I cashed in $2000 in lil bills but $1961 was counted, It was $40 missing but I know How Much money I had because I have a money counter at home & I count up before bank trips but Also I had to leave & go back home to grab big bills from my home to put me at $2000 with my big bills, when I know I already had that in lil bills. I was very upset because none of the staff has ever stole from me but when the $40 came up missing I began to question myself so a month later, Im now up here with $1600, $215 in two 10’s three 5’s & $180 in 20’s PLUS an additional $20 in 1’s on the side . My money was supposed to come up $1835. Again I have my own money counter at home After the $1600. I seen I had change which was $20. She ran it in her money counter, which is broken and she has to continue to hold the button says its $11 in ones but I know I had $20 For a Fact. I don’t recommend this wells fargo. Horrible service from thar point I thought about opening up a business account but not after that.
