  We took the time to get a pre-approval to make sure everyone knew of our financial situation before starting the process because we were hesitant from the beginning we would get approval. They could have told me from the beginning what I needed and been truthful about the possibility of us getting a loan. We ended up going through the process and needing information that we didn't have and that could have been prevented had they mentioned it sooner. We would submit documentation to one person and then a week later someone else would say they needed the same information. After finally getting the information submitted we were told that it was in underwriting and every day they kept saying they'd hear back by the end of the day, that went on for at least 2 weeks. At one point I was told the underwriter was out of office for a week for the Thanksgiving Holiday and it was being redirected to management to put another underwriter on it. After another week had passed they told me the same underwriter had just came back and was working to "catch up" after the Holiday break. Wells Fargo dragged on for so long that the contract on the house we were trying to buy ended and it had taken so long the sellers weren't willing to re-sign. I tried in vain to get in touch with someone and tell them that we needed a decision asap or we were losing the house. Everyone I had previously been dealing with had suddenly fallen off the face of the planet and couldn't be reached for days, or some even weeks, at a time. Then on the last day we had before the house was put back on the market my realtor said they finally got in contact with her and our loan was denied over an issue that I was told was not even an issue. Had I been told about it we could have solved it and hopefully made the loan work. We put out $2000 to get everything done for this house only for Wells Fargo to drag around and cause us to end up losing the house. After finally getting a denial from Wells Fargo not once did they get in contact with me and tell me that the loan was denied or why it was denied, the only way I found out was someone told my realtor over the phone and she called me saying we had lost the house because we couldn't get financing. I was hesitant from the beginning about going here and only did so because of the Neighborhood Lift program. After going through this all of this the last few months I'm so glad now that I don't have to do business with Wells Fargo and I can guarantee you I'll never step foot in another branch. Absolutely horrible service!

  Super friendly and helpful ladies behind the counter - in and out in less than 5 minutes. Kelly was fantastic!! and everyone else was very helpful and friendly too. Will definitely go again. :)
