  impossible to get thru the automated phone system, infuriating how much time is required to speak to a representative. Interest rates with WF are nearly zero when brokerages pay 3-4%. the WF reply tells me what to do to go deeper into this rat's nest. If WF truly cares about improving their business, they will act on it. Their reply on various factors is total BS. Ive been a customer of WF for many years across states, and their interest rates are always super low, just like the other big banks. If you dont need a full service bank, you are essentially funding their lending activities so they can make money with your money. The WF in NY state, the manager had his pants hanging down half way down his butt. No blazer, he looked like a mess. The previous manager pushed many accounts on me that I didnt want or need. Eventually the US government fined them for that. I lost trust completely. A brokerage like Fidelity pays 300-500% more interest than WF. perhaps Schwab or Vanguard also pays similar levels. This is for a money market account which is liquid, meaning it can be withdrawn in 3 days, checks can be written against it immediately, the money can be used to invest immediately. Example in 2024 the average rate for money being held in cash money market was 4%. No minimum balance, no fees. WF the rate was about 0 - 0.02% and theres fees if you dont meet their minimum daily balance. That's right 2 hundredths of one percent compared to 4%. in 2023 it was about 5%. Now its about 3.75%. I held money in WF for too long, now I am earning a lot of money in interest, and I can still use ATMs, debit card, write checks, and wire transfers and ACH payments are free or virtually free. Checks are free. I don't work for Fidelity, I'm a shoe designer. but its crazy how much worse WF is. Fidelity picks up the phone very quickly and they are always knowledgeable and very professional. The traditional bank model is dead if you don't need a personal loan or a business loan or line of credit.

  The older gentleman manager is very respectful and nice to deal with. However the lady who manages withdrawals is the opposite. Had to go through an 30 interrogation to withdrawl money and told I wasn’t answering her questions properly. Had all the proper info and ID, never had this issue at another Wells Fargo branch. Won’t be coming back to this branch

  Walked in 3 hours before closing to open a simple minors savings account. Saw 3 people in offices but because I had no appointment no one could help me. Told me to make an appointment for next week. The 2 stars makes total sense no one ever wants to help at this location.

  No matter what you need, this branch finds ways to be slow and unprepared. 3 years and counting. I avoid this branch as much as I can but once in a while I forget and get reminded how bad they are.
