Unfortunately she wasn't able to do what I needed due to system automation, and the bank on the other end, but she exhausted every avenue possible. Dealt with me crying, and a tiny silent bit of panic. I couldn't possibly have been luckier than to work with someone like her. I wish I knew her name... Because she deserves all the praise. ALL. OF. IT.
