They gave me incorrect deposit information, put a hold on my account after telling me the funds were clear at the end of the month; right before all of my bills were due. DO NOT BANK HERE!!

Banker sees we have a business account and offers us a line of credit for the business: Enticements: No Origination Fee No Annual Fee Interest rate, prime plus 1.67 % = about 5% All above if line is $10,000. Okay! Spend an hour with the paper work. Other owner had to come back to the bank on Saturday to sign "electronically". Reviewed terms again. Monday we get a call from Wells Fargo, we are approved for $100,000! Don't want $100,000. Discussed with the banker that all we wanted was a maximum of $10,000. Interest rate: 12.5% ..... what happened to prime plus 1.67%.... they don't know Annual fee: $350.00. ..... don't think so. Can we just have the $10,000? They can't do it. After they charge us for annual fees, we can "request" a reduction in the line of credit ????? How impressive ..... when offered services by Wells Fargo, request services be presented in writing, verbal has nothing to do with the offer.
