  Muscular young man gets in your face the moment you walk in to greet and direct you. Fake Cheshire Cat grin the whole time and very aggressive even though you clarify what you need he does not give up like a bully trampling your need all the while with an ear to ear frozen smile that does not track in the least with his posture and demands. Woman at screen at the outside desk where he intercepts you has a cold acid personality and is very passive aggressive and will not volunteer any information unless you extract it like a molar and acts like she is doing you the world’s biggest favor you are not entitled to for just walking into the bank after driving there 5 miles. Terrible experience. What a sardonic duo.

  Here is another complaint about Kodjanda. She was rude and hateful to my wife, who had brought in a small amount of money to cover a small overage in our account. She went out of her way to embarrass my wife and make a spectacle of our suffering. Kodjanda should lose her job immediately.

  There is an exceptional young man at this location named ZORAN. I have been trying to handle an online banking issue for weeks. I have spoken to probably at least 12 or so reps over the phone and have walked into now five locations in order to handle this, seemingly simple issue. * Most locations were too busy to help me* I spent about an hour and 20 minutes at a different location trying to handle this same issue. All of the Wells Fargo employees were pleasant at this location even though they were short-staffed. As I was waiting for another banker to help me this man decided to skip his lunch and assist me. He seems like the kind of guy who would do this for anyone who looks stressed out or otherwise needs help. Although the process took a few steps to handle, he was able to complete every step of the process while listening to my life story lol. He is highly intuitive, intelligent , wise and has a great attitude. Multiple customers came in while he was working with me asking to speak to him specifically. This shows me that his high quality of service to bank members exceeds the usual and is consistent. I learned more about the issue that was going on and we got past every hurdle for this task. I just want to say thank you AGAIN and 5 stars on all fronts sir! Blessings to you.
