She went out of her way to embarrass my wife and make a spectacle of our suffering. Kodjanda should lose her job immediately.

The woman demanded I give her a bill to my brand new address that I don’t have yet. I had a piece of regular mail that easily confirms who I am and my address but that wasn’t good enough for her. I was not able to open a simple checking account… This bank is a joke, manager was on the phone and wouldn’t even look up at me. I have everything necessary to open a bank account and was nothing but accommodating. What a disgrace!
