    I'd like to give a sincere Thank you to Branch Manager Joann M., at this location. She provided 5-star service to a family member today unlike any I've seen in awhile at a bank. It made a major difference for him. Thank you, Joann.

    Wells Fargo – Baymeadows Branch Extremely slow and unprofessional service. I tried to make a simple deposit and it took an unreasonable amount of time to complete. Then today, I went in to open an account, and despite there being almost no customers—only two employees present—they told us they couldn’t assist and basically asked us to leave. This was nearly four hours before closing, which makes no sense. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It feels like the staff just didn’t want to help. Very disappointing experience overall — by far the worst banking experience I’ve had.

    What an absolute horrible company. With very few exceptions, every member of management and higher ups are the worst. Empty promises. Overworked staff. Do yourself a favor and don’t bank here. Like ever. Literally go to any other company.

    I called ahead & confirmed I could cash a check there that was drawn on their bank. I get in there, signed the check (w/thumbprint) & they're counting out money. Next thing I know I'm being told that they can't cash the check because the issurer doesn't authorize the check to be cashed - only deposited. Then they (teller & bank manager) tell me I can put it in my bank (which would take 3-10 days to clear). This check was money for dental work scheduled the next day. Had to cancel my appt & can't get another for 6-8wks so I'm left with 5 broke teeth (which I shared). When I got home I contacted the issuer & they were not happy that I was treated that way. They stated that the above is not true & they've never had a problem with their checks being cashed by non-patrons of Wells Fargo before. Actually have this in writing from the issuer. I'm going back today with the CEO's (issuer) cell number & he\she wants to know if I get the same treatment. I believe they were trying to get me to open an account. So, yes Wells Fargo, thanks for making me have to go another 6-8wks in pain, wasting my gas & time and telling me a falsehood.
