  Wells Fargo – Baymeadows Branch Extremely slow and unprofessional service. I tried to make a simple deposit and it took an unreasonable amount of time to complete. Then today, I went in to open an account, and despite there being almost no customers—only two employees present—they told us they couldn’t assist and basically asked us to leave. This was nearly four hours before closing, which makes no sense. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It feels like the staff just didn’t want to help. Very disappointing experience overall — by far the worst banking experience I’ve had.

  What an absolute horrible company. With very few exceptions, every member of management and higher ups are the worst. Empty promises. Overworked staff. Do yourself a favor and don’t bank here. Like ever. Literally go to any other company.

  Went at this branch last friday.I had a returned check,first time ever,i didn’t know what to do,but i knew it wasn’t my employer as i work for a hospital.Before i went to branch i called 1800 and they told me the mobile deposit failed,so i could re deposit at the branch.This lady,dont know her name,her cube is right in front of the door,she looker clueless,only looking at her i had a bad feeling,i told her what happened,she then called 1800 ,like i did,i was like,wow she really dont know what to do! i could hear the banker telling her i need another check,i said” its not my fault it was the bank mobile app” the Reedy Branch branch worker said” shes saying it isn’t her fault” i was like “ this is so unprofessional im was impressed with her attitude,then i asked for my check and left to Bartram Park wells Fargo,the manager immediately said “u can redeposit it!!! it s the mobile fault so just redeposit “ I did it ,i will never go to this Branch again,its like Covid left employers with no other choice but to hire clueless people.

  With credit unions like Vystar and Community First being all the craze on this part of the southeast, Federal banks such as Bank of America and Chase tend to start going more vacant and vacant as time goes by, But being employed as a Personal Banker here, I get the pleasure of having a vast amount of time to thoroughly research to compare and contrast the 'true' differentiators that make Wells Fargo as successful as they are today. When it comes to the true nature of the beast of "Why do people bank with us" It boils down to how effective are we as a bank. I've personally banked with every aforementioned bank and I can say that wells fargo is a TRUE one stop shop for all of your financial needs, wether it be for simply Checking and Savings solutions, we also offer IRA, Brokerage, Insurances as well as your everyday credit needs. Theres truly nothing that can't be done in-house with the assistance of a Personal Banker. While the interest rates may not be as competitive as some of the smaller credit unions you may see advertised around town, but you have to remember what are you truly getting out of involving yourself at a bank other than that specific need, why have to travel from bank to bank to take care of similar financial obligations? So far with my 2 years that i've been doing here at Wells Fargo i've been nothing short of pleased with actually HAVING a Personal Banker that I get the opportunity to communicate with on a regular basis. I highly advise you give Wells Fargo a shot, cause banking always should be made simple.
