- JTJames TurpinMay 29, 20251.0Valley's small business checking comes with a $25 fee for ACH sending services. Truist will give that to you for free. I applied for a secured credit card for my small business putting up 110% cash collateral. I was still declined. What was the point of putting up the cash collateral only to be declined? Valley doesn't have any services that are useful to my small business. The personal banker that I dealt with at Valley was really good and understanding. But, he was limited in what he could do to help me due to bank policies. Jacksonville, Florida has plenty of banks offering banking services to small business. I don't recommend going to Valley to try to meet the needs of your small business.

We were very fortunate to meet Yvette and the manager as well as a few other staff at this location. They have always been very helpful , courteous and kind to us. I'm literally in and out in 5 minutes or less and the staff know me by first name as soon as I enter. Truly a well-rounded and convenient experience as opposed to other banks.
