- ZCZach CramerOct 24, 20221.0Absolute joke of a financial institution. Manager Keysha Dickerson is incompetent and combative. Had a bad additude from the moment I told her I was closing my accounts. Ever since this branch became a Truist. The technology, customer service, and banking experience has been extremely subpar. Every time you go to use an atm or go in the branch their systems are down. As a customer of 15 years with 6 accounts 3 being commercial you would think they would try to accomadate you in some degree. Not here they are unhappy people who hate their job and it shows in their work and customer service. 0/10 avoid banking here at all costs if customer service is something you value.
