    So I went through the drive-through and got changes from my account. The employee working that morning pulled the money from the wrong account. I didn't think much cause I got a paper recipe and I gave both my cards. A week and 2 days later, my card declines randomly. I go to check, and mine account is negative 211. I call customer service, who tells me what happened to the bank, and they have to take it from my account. Okay, that's not a problem. the problem is it is a week and days later, and I had no idea she never pulled it, so my bills paid, and I got stuff cause I knew I still had money in my account after that day. I was instructed to call the branch, and the first person I spoke to confirmed it was their mistake they pulled it from the wrong account. I get that what I wanted done was for the overdraft fees to be waived cause they would hit by the next morning, and I didn't get paid till Friday. Carly, who was supposed to be filling in for the bank manager, pretty much tried telling me it was my fault and I won't understand the situation. When I wasn't even trying to dispute the money at all, just the late fees, but because of their mistake, it inconvenienced me. She then says well a notice is mailed to you ." How is that okay? Carly 🤨 takes the money first, then notified. So I got nowhere with her and when I asked for the banks manager's name she gave me his first and last name no problem but refused to give me her last name. That's okay Carly 👍🏼 I already got my account fixed due to the mistake of YOUR BRANCH something she refused to admit on the phone she pretty much kept trying to say i didn't understand. Two complaints have been made on Carly. A third is waiting when the actual branch manager returns. Not to mention, people don't waste your time she claims she has no authority to do anything. I'm filling in for a bank manager but have no power as that role is WILD to me. Her customer service is HORRIBLE!! I used to give better service when I was15 working at McDonald's, and at 35, you think I don't know you were very unprofessional. I think Carly needs to be RETRAINED ON HOSPITALITY.

    Great experience with Da’shanae. Helped me a ton setup my account, found the issue that other people couldn’t find. Would recommended her to anyone
