Every time I come into this location: Issa, Evan, and Maggie greet me with a smile and ask how my day is going. They’re always so sweet and genuinely make my day better. They’re super helpful and get things done quickly every time. Really appreciate you all!

Ms. Patel "relationship specialist" was rude and unfriendly. I was there to make a deposit to a commercial business account. She asked me if I was making a cash deposit and I said yes. She said "give it to me" as if she was annoyed she has to do her job. There's no real customer service, no talking, just cold exchange. Ill gladly be taking my banking elsewhere and closing my account. Not only do direct deposits and transfers, transactions take an extended time to go through, the customer service is just sub par compared to VyStar and Wells Fargo.

I'm in school and I received a check from school so I went to this location to get it cashed and based on my appearance I was denied went to another location and cashed it with no problem. Disabled Retired Veterans should not be treated like that.

Very slow and understaffed. 1 teller and she is horribly slow. Save time and go to other location.

Let me start by saying I am not a person to leave reviews but this place is so bad I had too. The absolute WORST location of any Sun Trust I have ever been too. Drive thru took so long to get an answer from someone while we were the only car out there. Went inside and got the rudest, most horrible treatment from the manager. Never will we come back to this location solely because of the rudeness we received from the manager.
