    By far the most rudest branch I have been to. When I was in the branch I was never greeted by the volunteer nor the branch banker in the back. The branch leader was taking his sweet time and spent over 50 minutes with a customer and did not come out and acknowledge anyone. I was trying to open a business checking account for our business and we have been banking here for a year now. The Truist banks are usually slower but not this rude. This branch I will not be back to .

    I can see why this location has so many poor ratings. I have a business account with this bank for over 8 years but not at this location. Should have just went to my main branch. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting to get something notarized. The person that was supposed to notarize it wanted to see my paperwork first and then he never communicated with me. Waste of time.

    Beware this bank is the slowest ever. Doors are always locked to public. I have to come here weekly for work and they are slow regardless of traffic. I’ve sat here for 15 minutes with no other cars in sight.

    Just started a business account with them to see how they are banking and customer service wise. The staff are nice and far better than BoA, so I opened more accounts with them. So far, they are doing great.
