    The African American manager is very rude and unprofessional. She was very rude and insulting and claimed it was because I had a bad attitude. Very unprofessional behavior I don’t see how she was hired to be a manager.

    African American manager female, i wish i got her name- was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She seems to create a hostile environment with both customers and other workers as she said something very rude and dismissive to me when i asked for help, and was very cold towards another worker. I usually have a great experience with everyone there but she is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude and energy. I hope the other bankers are okay. Shame on her. SEND AN EMAIL TO DISTRICT MANAGER! SHES VERY RUDE!!

    REALLY!! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST bank ever!!!! I come here for a business account. It makes no difference when I come I Will be WAITING FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then other people in different lanes come in and leave before me. When I was here LITERALLY 45 MINUTES ago. Sitting here NOW 2 people in a different lane same teller was SEEN before me. FIGURE it out!!!!! Next step is to switch banks!!!!!

    Walked in, asked to speak to a banker, banker had a very nasty attitude and body language. I will be changing banks as well as refinancing my car with a bank that has a better staff. As someone who works in the customer service field, this is unacceptable.
