She seems to create a hostile environment with both customers and other workers as she said something very rude and dismissive to me when i asked for help, and was very cold towards another worker. I usually have a great experience with everyone there but she is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude and energy. I hope the other bankers are okay. Shame on her. SEND AN EMAIL TO DISTRICT MANAGER! SHES VERY RUDE!!

And then other people in different lanes come in and leave before me. When I was here LITERALLY 45 MINUTES ago. Sitting here NOW 2 people in a different lane same teller was SEEN before me. FIGURE it out!!!!! Next step is to switch banks!!!!!
