I’ve been coming here for the past 9 months to make my auto loan payments, and she’s taken my payment several times. Unfortunately, every visit with her comes with unnecessary attitude or difficulty. Most recently, I was told I needed a different form of payment other than cash, which was confusing since I’ve always paid in cash without any problems. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism were very frustrating. It’s disappointing to receive this kind of treatment as a loyal customer.
